Almost anything legal and possible in Mussoorie — groceries from a specific store, off-menu food, late-night chai or Maggi, custom cake, a forgotten phone charger to your hotel, scooty pickup from outside the platform, an electrician/plumber, parcel delivery within town, a quick airport-drop, a guide for sightseeing. Just ask.

Most simple requests (a forgotten item, food run, errand) are handled within 30–60 minutes. Specialist requests (a particular trade, hard-to-find item) may take a few hours — we'll always tell you the realistic timeline before you commit.

You pay the actual cost of the item or service plus a transparent service fee, depending on distance and effort. We always quote first; you only pay after confirmation. No hidden charges.

Most grocery orders are delivered within 10–20 minutes from the nearest Kartmae partner store. Mall Road, Library Bazaar, Camel's Back and Landour are all served.

Pick a verified rental store near Mall Road or Picture Palace, choose dates and a model (Activa, Jupiter or geared bike), upload your driving licence and ID, pay online and either pick up at the store or request scooty delivery to your hotel.

Yes — many rental stores offer doorstep drop-off across Mussoorie. The fee depends on how far the hotel is from the store.

A valid driving licence (LMV / two-wheeler) and a government photo ID — Aadhaar, passport or PAN. Foreign visitors should carry an International Driving Permit.

Open Kartmae, share your location, and describe the problem — battery, flat tyre, electrical, or general breakdown. A verified mechanic comes to where you are.

Bikes, scooties (Activa, Jupiter, Access) and cars. We handle puncture repair, jump-start, electrical, brake, clutch and minor mechanical fixes on the roadside.

Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) for hotel/rental/restaurant/taxi bookings. Grocery is Cash on Delivery only — pay the rider on arrival.

Up to 60 days of inactivity. As long as you open the app or site within that window, you'll stay signed in automatically.

No. Once payment is completed on Kartmae, the amount is non-refundable. You can still cancel the order or booking from your account if it is in a cancellable stage, but no refund will be issued for the amount already paid. Cash on Delivery grocery orders are different — since nothing is paid upfront, cancellation simply releases the order. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (partner cannot fulfil, duplicate payment, damaged item).
